All data you create is stored on our secure production servers. We do not sell, rent, or transmit your journal entries, account credentials, or personal uploads to any third-party marketing companies, databases, or external advertising trackers.

3. Third-Party Services

To ensure security and enrich user experience, the application utilizes the following third-party integrations:

  • Google reCAPTCHA: Used to protect the public contact portal from spam and automated attacks. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
  • Unsplash API: Used when searching for journal header decoration cover images. This is a client-side search query; Unsplash does not access your personal journal text or credentials.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent erasure of your account credentials and all associated journal entries at any time. To protect your security and verify your identity, account deletion requests must be submitted to the administrator via the Contact page while you are securely logged into your account.

You own all intellectual property rights and copyrights for the journals, text, and media you compose or upload on this platform. AuraJournal claims zero ownership over your personal creations.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from weak credentials, compromised devices, or password leaks on other services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Upload malicious files, scripts, or executing code intended to disrupt or compromise our servers or system infrastructure.
  • Engage in automated spamming or brute-force scripts against the login or contact forms.
  • Upload material that violates local laws or third-party copyright claims.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty ("As-Is")
